Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee focused on results, not refunds. If you complete the program and don't see measurable ATV improvement, we provide extended coaching at no charge. We believe in standing behind our outcomes.

Can I upgrade from Level 1 to Level 2 later?

Yes. If you complete Level 1, you can upgrade to Level 2. We credit your $200 toward the upgrade, and the credit expires 90 days after graduation. So you'd pay approximately $397 more to jump to Level 2. This is great if you want to test the commitment with Level 1 first. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange your upgrade.

How do team invoices work?

For teams of 5+, we send a single invoice to your business for the discounted group rate. You can enroll staff members gradually or all at once. Invoice payments are due within 30 days of enrollment. We also process grants on your behalf if you're eligible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. For businesses, we offer invoicing with NET 30 terms. Payment plans are available on all credit card transactions.

Are prices in CAD or USD?

All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you're paying from outside Canada, we'll display the USD equivalent at checkout, but our tuition is denominated in CAD.

Can I use a personal credit card for business training?

Yes. You can enroll with a personal credit card, and many businesses do this for ease of processing. If you prefer a business invoice instead, we're happy to accommodate—just let us know at [email protected].

How does the Canada Job Grant affect my cost?

The grant reimburses 66-100% of training costs depending on your province. You pay the full amount upfront, then submit documentation to your provincial grant program, and they reimburse your business directly (typically 2-6 weeks after completion). We handle all the paperwork on your behalf.
