What time do the live sessions happen? +
Live Zoom sessions happen weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 PM ET / 4 PM PT. Sessions are recorded for later viewing if you can't make them live.

How long do the live sessions last? +
Each session is 90 minutes. They're designed to be interactive—not lecture-based. You'll do role-plays, ask questions, and get real feedback from instructors and peers.
Can I miss a live session? +
Yes. All sessions are recorded immediately and uploaded to your dashboard. You can watch anytime. However, live sessions are more interactive, so we encourage attendance when possible.
Can teams take this together? +

What if I don't pass the exam? +
